Our dream for a mobile household...
We’re amazed
to realize that we are entering our eighth year together, and are
becoming increasingly excited about the next phase: downsizing, selling
our cars, and heading off to graduate school.
We’ve discovered
the Westfalia Camper Van, and think it is the perfect vehicle for
both uring and after graduate school. This vehicle drives like a passenger
van, and can maneuver any place a car can, but also contains a small
refrigerator, stove, sink, and sleeping space. It will allow us to
be self-sufficient and spontaneous; there is no need for restaurants
or hotels. We envision both living in the van as our life is in transition,
and using the van to fulfill our love of travel.
We invite you
to donate to our camper van fund in lieu of a traditional wedding
gift. You can take it for a spin yourself when we drive out to visit
you.
